These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Safiyai ("we," "us," "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Safiyai provides automation infrastructure delivered through standard messaging and voice channels. Features and pricing may change over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to a paid service. By subscribing, you represent that you are 18 or older.

Account and Subscription

• You are responsible for the phone number and account information you provide.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled per our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any one-time charges you approve.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send spam, harassing, or fraudulent messages through the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying systems of the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SMS Messaging

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Safiyai. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the service are the property of Safiyai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

Confidentiality

Any non-public information you obtain about our technology, methods, pricing, or business is confidential and may not be disclosed, published, or used to build a competing service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safiyai's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Safiyai harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
